1. Services

PKS provides accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, GST, TDS, ROC compliance, company incorporation, intellectual property registration, audit, payroll, project finance and related advisory services. The scope, timelines and fees for each service are as communicated at the time of engagement.

2. Client Responsibilities

• You must provide true, complete and accurate information and documents.
• You are responsible for the authenticity of documents shared with us.
• Delays caused by incomplete information or late submission of documents are not our responsibility.

3. Fees and Payment

• Professional fees are payable as per the quotation or invoice shared with you.
• Government fees, stamp duty and statutory charges are payable additionally, unless stated otherwise.
• Work may begin only after receipt of the agreed advance payment.

4. Refund and Cancellation

Once work on a service has started or an application has been filed with any authority, fees paid are non-refundable. Government fees once paid cannot be refunded. Cancellation requests before work begins may be considered at our discretion, after deducting applicable charges.

5. Government Approvals

Approvals, registrations and certificates are issued at the sole discretion of the respective government authorities. PKS does not guarantee approval or specific processing timelines, and is not liable for delays or rejections by any authority.

6. Communication Consent

By submitting your details on our website, you authorise PKS to contact you by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, email and notifications for service-related, promotional and informational purposes. This consent overrides any registration under the DNC/NDNC registry.

7. Confidentiality

We keep your information and documents confidential, except where disclosure is required to deliver the service or by law. Please read our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to PKS Corporate Services Private Limited and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
